We have been in the industry and business for many years and we have good relationship with the shipping companies and the freight forwarders. We can get very competitive freight from them. And we can ask them to give you no-slip service. We not only can send the goods to your port, we also can deliver the goods to your warehouse directly. We can help do the custom clearance, pay the duties and make the inland delivery to your warehouse. So you just need to make the order and you do not need to worry anything. You can put all your energy on the marketing.
What is the MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
Usually, our MOQ ranges from 50 to 500pcs for different items.
However, we might accept 20--50pcs if there are items in stock.
As a new customer, how can I get the sample?
We will send you the samples for your check. Some samples are free of charge, while the freight should be paid by customer in advance, except you have express account.
How do you control the quality and how long is the delivery time?
We have professional QC team to track purchasing, production, delivery
The delivery time varies 10--30 days depending on the quantity you order.
What is the way of payment?
The following payments are acceptable:
1, T/T: 30% down payment, and the balance against the copy of the B/L
For small order, 100% in advance
2, L/C: sight irrevocable L/C
3, Western Union
Return Policy
The pledge we made several years ago still stands: If you there are any defectives with our goods, we will give you the replacement in your next order or refund you. And we will take some measurements to be sure of problems. Please help give us the proof to show the defectives, we will ask your local inspection organization or authority to test it, or we will ask our agent to check it. It's part of our no-risk customer guarantee. There is no need to have any worry to do business with us.
